Credit Repair Agreement

  1. Credit Repair Agreements

Fallout rates in credit repair are high when it comes to getting your contract signed. With electronic signatures that is a thing of the past. All you have to do is copy and paste your credit repair agreement into DisputeSuite. When your customer logs in they will sign your agreement.

  2. Customer information

The customer's name and contact information will automatically merge into the agreement.

  3. Print a copy

The customer can print a copy of the agreement for their own records.

  4. Enter name

To sign the agreement all the customer has to do is enter their name. The system will automatically date/time and IP stamp the agreement. This is considered a legally binding contract per the E-Sign Act. Once the contract is signed it will store under the customer's record as a PDF document.
